ProblemWhen I was trying to use Autel IM608 II Key Programmer to read the 2016 BMW engine ECU ISN, it kept saying the prompt:
"Abnormally detected. The device is locked. Error code: 106"
What does this mean and how to solve? Please help.
Solution
This code means the Autel IM608 Pro2 was locked due to the misoperation of file download more than 30 times. Users can upload logs and provide SN to Autel customer service to unlock.
NOTE
If a large number of repeated operations fail for more than 30 times in a short period, the Autel system will be locked. Please exercise caution.
