Here I'll be doing all keys lost to a 2019 Honda Pilot with Autel IM608 II Key Programmer via OBD. It's pushed to stop. The procedure needs to work with XP400Pro & Autel IKEY Remote together.
Step1. Key Generation
Universal key >> Accept >> Universal key generation >> North America >> Honda >> Type by model >> Pilot >> 2019 >> Honda Pilot 2016-2022
Put the Autel universal key into XP400Pro key hole.
Generate universal key, wait until 100%...
Generation success.
Step2. Key Program
IMMO >> Accept >> Honda >> Manual selection >> Pilot >> Smart key >> Push to start >> OK >> Control unit >> Keyless system(Honda)
Is the ignition turned on by pressing Start button twice? No
Press and hold start button.
The ignition is switched on, please release the engine start/stop switch.
Press "All keys lost" on Autel IM608 Pro2.
Please turn the ignition switch off.
(Don't press the foot brake and press the engine start/stop button.)
Place a key to be learned in the vehicle and take all other keys out of the vehicle to a place more than 5m away.
Is the ignition turned on by pressing Start button twice? No
Press and hold Start button.
The ignition is switched on, please release the engine start/stop switch.
How many keyless access remotes do you want to keep? Enter key number: 1
Please turn the ignition switch off.

Are both the keyless access and immobilizer indicator lights turned off? Yes
Please turn the ignition switch off.

Check all keyless access remotes to ensure each will start the engine.
