I have used it to program keys for a wide range of vehicles, including popular brands such as Honda, Toyota, and Ford, and luxury brands such as BMW and Mercedes-Benz.

As a professional locksmith, I have been using the Autel MaxiM IM608 ll for several weeks now
and I must say l'm very impressed with its capabilities. The device is super fast and accurate as it advertised and it has quickly become one of my go-to tools for key programming and diagnostics.

I recently bought this Autel IM608 II pro after seeing its impressive features on YouTube. It's the 2023 latest version and has higher hardware specs than the IM608 PRO, which convinced me to purchase it.
After using it several times, I found the device to be incredibly powerful and easy to use. It has strong key programming and IMMO functions, making it a great option for professional locksmiths. I especially appreciate it's broad Vehicle coverage, which includes BMW,Audi,Benz,and more. I'm excited to continue using thr device and look forward to future updates that will make it even better.

How can i resolve an error message that says "eeprom not found" when programming a key?

If you receive an error message stating "eeprom not found" when programming a key, it means that the key programming tool cannot communicate with the EEPROM chip in the vehicle.
The EEPROM chip stores the immobilizer data and is essential for programming new keys.
Check that the IM608 II Pro tool is properly connected to the vehicle's OBD-II port and that the correct immobilizer system is selected.
Also, ensure that the vehicle's battery voltage is sufficient and that the IM608 Pro has the latest firmware updates.

Makes my mercedes keys so I don't have to go to dealer or key shop. (I'm surprised both don't have loan applications at the counter. ) And this also is a great car scanner too. When I have a question I can call the support or my favorite, they have a huge Library of how to's.

This tool was and is awesome I already programmed 3 Mercedes Benz 2 bmw and several other makes and models I use it for my lock out at my job when customers loose the keys or are worn down thank you very much awesome product.
