Fixed: Autel XP400 PRO "The programmer is disconnected" Issue
Troubleshoot Autel XP400 PRO connection issue.
This is a Autel XP400 PRO Programmer testing guide to troubleshoot "The programmer is disconnected" issue. There are 2 situations: normal and abnormal. You may need to use Autel IM508/ IM608 II Tablet or PC software to help check whether the connection is normal.- Normal Situation
- Connect XP400 PRO programmer while in the main menu screen.
- Click "Programmer" to check if IM508/ IM608 can display the menu normally.
- Click "Version information" to check if IM508/ IM608 can read version information normally.
- Abnormal Situation
- Connect XP400 PRO programmer while in the main menu screen.
- Click "Programmer" : an error reported that the programmer is disconnected but XP400 Pro display green light
- Connect XP400 Pro to PC software. Check whether XP400 Pro can work with PC software.
