I've used other's &they are not as simple or perform as well. Make & models selection better than others.

I was able to set up all the keyfob remotes where all the other IM devices fail. Recommend if you need to get the job done.

How many key fobs can i program ? is there a per car fee?

IM508 has cover 80+ Asian, US and EU vehicle makes, you can check briefly via the link: https://www.autel.com/vehicle-coverage/coverage2.
Most of the key programming functions are free, only a few of them are paid function.
